Bento / Sushi / Japanese food

--Bento--

In Japan, it is common for mothers to make Bento for their children to take to school. traditional bento boxes usually contain rice, fish or meat, and some vegetables.

--Japanese Food--

The traditional cuisine of Japan (Japanese: washoku) is based on rice with miso soup and other dishes; there is an emphasis on seasonal ingredients. Side dishes often consist of fish, pickled vegetables, and vegetables cooked in broth. Seafood is common, often grilled, but also served raw as sashimi or in sushi. Seafood and vegetables are also deep-fried in a light batter, as tempura. Apart from rice, a staple includes noodles, such as soba and udon. Japan also has many simmered dishes, such as fish products in broth called oden, or beef in sukiyaki and nikujaga.

Ebisu Bento

Takeout Bento is common style in Japan.  after lockdown by pandemic, we started takeout only at the store. and our catering business changed to Bento style.

"EBISU" is the Japanese god of fishing, fortune and business. He is one of the Seven Gods of Fortune (Shichifukujin / 七福神) and the only one of the seven to originate purely from Japan without any Buddhist or Taoist influence
